Ernest C Richardson III has had a long and successful career in the practice of law dating back to him receiving his law degree in 1973 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is one the longest actively practicing lawyers in his judicial district. Currently he focuses his practice in Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Real Estate matters.

My Story
Ernest C Richardson III is an experienced attorney who has been practicing law since 1973 after graduating from the University School of Law. He served as a chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee for many years. Currently, he primarily focuses on estate administration, real estate law, and estate planning. He has served many on my different charitable boards and most notably as President of the New Bern Chamber of Commerce.

He still enjoys the challenges of Practicing Law but sometimes he can be hard to catch because he often like to sneak out and take many of his grandchildren hunting and fishing.
